- Do I have to sign a long-term lease?
Not here. Rent month-to-month without signing a contract you can’t get out of. Our storage unit rentals let you stay as long as you want and move out when you're ready!
- When can I get to my stored items?
Gate hours for this location are 7 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week.
- Do I need to bring a lock from home?
Yes. We require a cylinder lock for the best protection for your storage unit. You’ll also receive a door entry code from us when you rent your storage unit!
- How do I move out?
Call or email us, or use the customer portal to send us a notice. As long as your storage unit is cleaned out by the end of the month, you’re good to go and won’t be charged for the next month!
- Why did I get an email saying I need to pick up a key?
Some (but not all) of our storage units use a physical building key to access. If you’re renting one of these units, you’ll get a copy of your key from our office so you can get into the building, but you’ll otherwise access your storage unit normally!
